The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, a TV room with a double sofa bed, 55" Ultra HD Smart TV and Blueray player , a fully equipped kitchen , two bathrooms with a shower , toilet , sink and bathtub . The living room has a large oval sofa corner and a dining table , a stereo system with record player and fast WiFi If there are more than 6 people, a box spring topper on the sofa can be used as an additional place to sleep.Photomurals with a three-D effect make the two bedrooms cozy eye-catchers, one of which even has a private bathroom with shower and sink . The fully equipped two-part kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator , a variety of kitchen appliances , a dishwasher and 4 hotplates . In summer you can grill and eat or sunbathe on the large terrace with a view of the spa gardens.

The apartment has a parking space for cars or 3-4 motorcycles, bicycles can be safely parked in the garage.From 2023 there will be two charging points for electric cars (22KW Type 2 Jack). There is also a charging station and a high-pressure cleaner for washing the e-bikes. In the garage we have tools and wheel stands ready for simple repairs, we are an ADFC-certified " Bed and Bike " company.

The location of the house can hardly be surpassed: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free in the Kurpark, the town square and the shopping center (with Rewe, DM AND Aldi) can be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the front door.It takes less than a minute to walk to the "Kurparkstuben" restaurant and to the mini- golf and playground , and it takes 4 minutes to walk to the swimming pool and the "Oversum" wellness facilities. Even the well-known ski lift carousel and the bike park can be reached on foot if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! However, nobody has to walk there: the S40 bus and the additional ski buses stop 50m from the front door and take you to the lifts within minutes. In the park itself you will find miniature golf courses , a children's playground , table tennis , fitness facilities and an outdoor stage . The situation is so perfect, we still can't believe it ourselves...
