With a touch of a baroque castle, your view falls through the large divided window front onto the hilly landscape of the Hochsauerland, the valley to the Helletalklamm and the spa/vital park. The high peaked ceiling of the attic lets you breathe deeply, the dark beams from 1790 (!) remind you of the impressive history of this building, which traditionally used to be the seat of the town's mayor.

Today, two bathrooms with toilet, shower and bathtub allow modern comfort to move in. In the open-plan living room, the lounge set with coffee table and the classic dining table with crystal chandelier invite you to sit down.The TV with DVD and VCR, the stereo system with record player, Blue tooth mixer and reflex boxes spoil your eyes and ears if you wish. Anyone who would like to write or be creative has their own office corner with desk and armchair. The bedroom with "Unicorn" rhinestone bed and walk-in closet also seems made for royal children. Right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a washer/dryer combination.

The apartment has a parking space for cars or 2 motorcycles, bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. There is also a charging station for e-bikes, a pressure washer for washing. We keep tools in the garage and wheel stands ready for simple repairs, we are an ADFC certified " Bed and Bike " operation.

The location of the house can hardly be surpassed: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free in the Kurpark, the town square and the shopping center can be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the front door. It takes less than a minute to walk to the "Kurparkstuben" restaurant, mini golf and playground, and 4 minutes to the swimming pool and the "Oversum" wellness facilities.Even the well-known ski lift carousel and the bike park can be reached on foot if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! But nobody has to walk there, the S40 bus stops 50m from the front door and takes you to the entrance of the lifts within minutes. In the park itself you will find miniature golf courses, table tennis, a children's playground, fitness facilities and an outdoor stage.We still can't believe it ourselves!
