The Studio Apartment ...

... is located on the first floor of the house right next to a modern shared bathroom.The modern kitchen is separated by a bar from the living area, for the clothing is a large built-in wardrobe, a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) with slatted frames and another from the closet folding bed.

The AV corner with TV and stereo with DVD player is in front of a decorative wall of natural stone, sliding glass doors lead to the balcony overlooking the community garden. At night, a pleasant draft ensures good sleep even during the hot months. Like all our objects, the "Lirio Rojo" with remote-controlled and dimmable light sources is gently illuminated, the TV is equipped with satellite receiver and bowl (Astra), there are further connections for radio and TV.

The private balcony to the garden is predestined with chairs and Rattan table for grilling and subsequent dining.

The environment:

Santa Eularia is a central, bustling, yet quiet spot on the island. No disco squad ! The new traffic-calmed Rambla adds value to the place. Siesta still belongs to the urban area, but is the southern end of the village. The settlement has its own beach and infrastructure. To the beach "Calo de S'Alga" you go from the house in 3 minutes, in the third largest city of Ibiza you can easily walk along the beach promenade or jogging.Siesta itself also has a good selection of Spanish, Italian and German restaurants and bars as well as a German bakery, a doctor and even a veterinarian.
