This chic apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance with parking space and its own outdoor seating area . The living room with media wall, bar table with four chairs, luxurious sofa bed , 43" Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system is a real eye-catcher. From there you can access an open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge and small freezer . To the right of the entrance there is a walk-in wardrobe, the modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. On the other side of the hallway you come into the cozy bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed . Compact holiday fun on 47 sqm.

The apartment has a parking space for a car or 2 motorcycles, and bicycles can be safely parked in the garage . We have a barbecue area with seating in front of the house that you are welcome to use. There is a charging station for e -bikes and a high-pressure cleaner for washing. In the garage we have tools and bike racks for simple repairs. We are a "Bed and Bike " company certified by the ADFC.

The location of the house is hard to beat: right in the middle of town and yet located traffic-free next to the spa park, the town square and the shopping center can be reached on foot from the front door in 3 minutes. The "Kurparkstuben" restaurant , mini golf and playground can be reached in under a minute, and the "Oversum" swimming pool and wellness facilities can be reached in 4 minutes. Even the famous ski lift carousel and bike park can be reached on foot if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! But no one has to walk there, the S40 bus stops 50m from the front door and takes you to the lift entrance in minutes. In the park itself you will find mini golf, table tennis, a children's playground, fitness facilities and an open-air stage . We still can hardly believe it ourselves!
